Your privacy is guaranteed at Entertainment Treasures. In order to let you know more about how we handle your details we have provided this page to allow you to enjoy and purchase products from our website without worrying about your privacy.
Your privacy is among our top priorities. Any information we do collect from you is treated in the strictest confidence and will not be sold, reused, disclosed or loaned. The only time you will ever receive an e-mail from us is during the normal course of processing your order.
We collect information from orders placed by customers, we collect the shipping and billing (if different) name, address, e-mail address, telephone number. No credit card information is collected. We use this information to process and despatch your order only.
By using our website, you agree that we may use your information as stated above. If there is a change to our privacy policy, it will be featured on this page.

Goods Delivery Times:
Your order will usually be despatched within 2-3 days, delivery in Australia will be a further 2-3 days by Australia Post. If item is sent via courier please allow 2-4 days delivery. However unforseen difficulties (eg. items temporarily out of stock) may delay despatch, so we ask that you please allow up to 21 days for delivery. All orders will have freight and handling charges added. Products sent via Courier have a flat rate of $14.09 and products that are sent via Australia Post are calculated by weight at the checkout.
Orders for products on our website are subject to availability at the time as many products are limited releases.
Packaging and Damaged Deliveries:
All items are sent in sturdy packaging, which should ensure that you receive the items in perfect condition. Occasionally however, packages are damaged in transit. If you receive goods from us that have been damaged in transit you MUST inform us within 5 days of receipt of your order.

No replacements can be sent unless the complete item is returned. Please remember to include a copy of the invoice in the package.
Our Returns Policy for Warranty Periods:
If you wish to return goods you MUST inform us within 80 days of Tax Invoice date for Battery Operated Merchandise and Electrical Operated Merchandise. Refunds do not include postage and handling costs. The product must be returned in original condition and packaging (if available), with all accessories and contents intact. When returning goods, please be sure to include a copy of the invoice and brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s). Entertainment Treasures will not pay postage and handling costs for any returned items.
Our Returns Policy for Other Products:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order you must return product to us in original condition and packaging, with all accessories and contents intact within 10 days of Tax Invoice date and we will refund your money. When returning goods, please be sure to include a copy of the invoice and brief explanation stating why you are not satisfied with the item(s). Entertainment Treasures will not pay postage and handling costs for any returned items.
Film Cell Displays:
The photo used in our store is not the item you will receive, so the film cells will vary from display to display. All displays use only major scenes from the movie and scenes of the major actors who starred in the film.
All designs and images on this site may not be reproduced in anyway.
Whilst Entertainment Treasures make our best efforts to make sure the material on the site is
accurate and correct we cannot guarantee that any errors will not be made. Product images and descriptions are as accurate as possible. Entertainment Treasures assumes no liability for any errors or omissions contained on the website.
